FRG Christmas Party – event

I had the honor of donating my time to a local group of families whose spouses were away in the military this holiday season.
I really had a great time getting to take pictures of the kids and families with SantaClaus.  4×6 prints were printed right there for them to take home.

My own sister is stationed out of the country for 3 years, so I can relate to the families in some ways; but I have to say: Some of these moms are my heroes. They sacrifice so much to continue raising their families and making household decisions, working jobs, etc. All while COMPLETELY missing their husbands (I know I’d be in tears half the time missing my husband).  I admire them and all that they give up for the rest of us.
