Your Photographer
Professional/Education:
First and foremost, I am a professional. When my dad opened his studio in 1995, I was the guinea pig. The “go-to” subject for Dad’s next idea for his senior portrait clients. I graduated high school and college and then went to work for him. The priceless years spent working with my Dad have allowed me to pursue a career of my own. I have been in the photography industry for 15 years, I earned a bachelors degree in Photographic Arts from the University of Central Oklahoma and a National Certification from the Professional Photographers of America. Certified Professional Photographer is a title held by fewer than 40 photographers in the state.  As a certified professional, I commit to learning more about the art of photography every day.

In March of 2012, Elise was appointed to a position on the Board of Directors for the Professional Photographers of Oklahoma.

Personal:
I have been blessed with a beautiful marriage to a man who loves me very much and desires the best for me and our family.  Matt and I have a beautiful daughter, Anna, who is spunky, sweet, loving and caring with a HUGE ball of energy twisted up inside of her!

My education and experience have taught me what I know about my career, but they are not what make me who I am. My desire and love for the emotion and importance of documenting events in your life are what make me a passionate photographer …these are the reasons that I have clients return to me every year. These are the reasons that I hope to sit with you and let us chat about what you desire from your portrait session.  Whether it’s a wedding, baby, birthday, high school graduation or simply time for a new family portrait to display above the mantel, this time in your life is important to me and I want to help you capture it.  My clients love wall portraits, 16×20 and larger, to display in their homes and share their stories with all who visit them.
